Late on a Sunday night, a summer storm overwhelmed the storm drain system causing rainwater to flood the basement area of the restaurant. This area contained the large commercial kitchen, the drinks cellar, storerooms and staff welfare facilities and is heavily used by staff throughout opening hours.
The owners were clearly concerned at how long their new restaurant might be out of service. We suggested using the Revival Speed Drying System. This is the first machine of its kind in the UK. It provides a much quicker system for drying buildings than has previously been available, by bringing the temperature of a building to a very high level, using hot air.
