Mould and Damp contamination is not only hazardous to the health of the occupiers of an infected property, but will also cause long term damage to the fabric and structure of the building. Spores from the fruiting outcrops of mycelium contamination can spread very quickly throughout a property when damp and humid conditions prevail within.

Tackling well established contamination of this nature within a property has in the past proven to require extensive and expensive renovation work.
