The owner of this mock 1920s – 1930s Tudor house was affected by a suspected leak in their central heating system due to regular drops in pressure. As a result, through the performance of a leak detection survey and the use of moisture mapping, our technicians discovered dampness on one of the external walls in the house and a full gas trace survey was carried out to pinpoint the leak.
The client was happy with the service, notably the minimal inconvenience and courteous approach of our technicians.
